Our team is dedicated to identifying unique investment opportunities, optimizing asset performance, and driving sustainable, long-term growth.

Before 2025

The vision was shaped by Flavio Tagliasacchi and Luca Trevisiol, who created a shared investment platform built on complementary backgrounds in hospitality, industrial, and private equity.


Between 2019 and 2024, they completed successful exits from two landmark investments, including Lafert Group and the Grand Hotel Cadenabbia, laying the foundations for a disciplined, long-term investment approach.

After 2025

From 2025, Andrea Luca Trevisiol and Niccolò Tagliasacchi assume operational leadership, sharpening the firm’s focus exclusively on the hospitality and real estate sector.


Under their guidance, MATERIA PARTNERS evolves into an open investment platform, extending beyond the founding families and pursuing select opportunities across prime destinations with different risk and time horizon profiles.
